Drop-in Angel Training for Students

During the first two weeks of winter 2011, Centralia College students are welcome to drop-in for 30-minute Angel tranining sessions in the Kirk Library.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • 10:00 or 11:00 or 1:00 each day, beginning at the top of the hour
  • January 3 through January 14 (first two weeks of the quarter)
  • LIBR 139

Sessions will include

  • what is Angel?
  • connecting to Angel
  • ensuring your computer will work well with Angel
  • logging in
  • announcements
  • the Lesson tab
  • where to get help (Week Zero, Ask Here Desk, AngelSupport.Centralia.edu, etc.)

  1. All teachers are now providing their own student Angel training, unless there are special circumstances. This means that the drop-in sessions are totally optional. There’s also a quick YouTube video we made which teachers can use in their classes.

    The Ask Here desk in the library is open in the evenings to provide student help as well. We also have a website with videos for students: http://AngelSupport.centralia.edu
